Friday's appearance saw Grossman appear with her new lawyer, leading to the next court appearance to be pushed back for two months so her attorney could prepare for a preliminary hearing where prosecutors will present evidence. Judge Samuels will decide then whether such evidence is compelling enough to order Grossman to stand trial.
